Lang has long recognized and used SPC as part of our preventive philosophy.
We also utilize electronic data monitoring systems to improve responsive
times in managing our quality efforts. Other strengths of our Quality
Assurance efforts include the support of an on-site laboratory testing
for both reliability and advanced research and development work. The
laboratory is accredited by A2LA. We use these facilities for investigation
of process parameters utilizing Design of Experiments.
To assure complete traceability of our products, we utilize long-proven
controls that identify production lots throughout the manufacturing
cycle, from raw material to finished product. Certifications are available
for all product processing.
